The location of Domaine Soulier is a real asset. The site is located in a charming village called Saint-Hippolyte-de-Cato. The estate is nestled near Uzès, a few kilometers from Alès. You can easily access it from Anduze and La Grand-Combe. Very quickly, you will be attached to this little piece of the region. Laurent Soulier and his wife receive you only by appointment, whether for a tasting, a visit or other. It’s up to you to choose from the free slots on Saturday or Sunday. Each tasting lasts about an hour.
